she didn't mention your brother can see you without hijab as well........including your step brother by marriage...in general any person you can leaglly marry in Islam should not see you with out hijab...if you can marry them, they can't see you without hijab..thats an easy way to think of it.

well, it's not mandatory for women in Islam to cover their eyes and lips but if you've noticed, especially in Saudi Arabia, a lot of the Muslim women wear veils to cover their face or specifically eyes and lips or just lips. So ya, Muslim women do cover their eyes and/or lips. But why it's not mandatory i can't say because i honestly do not know. =)

I will not go for one with tight shirt but she dosn't have a sexy eyes or lips.
