I'm also into Mixed Martial Arts and thought about learning some simple movies like this off the internet. I saw some Mixed Martial Arts on Youtube, and there were many comments saying "Make them into a compilation" and so I took that into consideration, hence this compilation, enjoy! P.S, I take NO CREDIT for this compilation as all the videos were taken off the History channel ( History Channel FTW =D ) No Copyright Infridgement Intended! Don't sue =D

  • I train MMA and ...

I train MMA and JuJitsu and whenever I shoot for TDs I always go head outside, but I get taught both, (orthodox stance btw), if you step with left then its head outside, if you initially step with right then its head inside so you can get the sweep easier and stuff. I wish we had wrestling in UK :(

That is just a variation of the RNC that is harder to get out of but not as effective. I always go for right elbow under neck, right hand on left bicep and hand on back of head,

its just a variation of the RNC, its better to do it your way, makes it harder to escape, but you can still classify theirs as a rear naked choke.
