yeah after u finish everything in the game u will get 100%. when dat happens u'll get 3 body guards in ur manson. search ''gta vice city bodyguards'' on youtube.

cheats makes the game fun. but if u do missions usin cheats u wont be able to get 100% game complete. happned to me i started a game without usin cheats and got 100% with guards in my mansion :D

Of course, the easiest way to do this is to drive a PCJ into the mall and Drive-By the windows...
