At 300km/h he can outrun any helicopter. The Bell 206 that the US police usually uses has a top speed of about 220km/h.

If you were prepared to ditch the bike. You could easily get away from cars, choppers, jets virtually any form of vehicle other than a cop on the same type of bike and with eastwood as a last name

A helicopted would easily R**e him. Helicopters can travel a decent amount faster, carry much more fuel, and shine a huge spotlight on him so they don't lose him. People HAVE tried to pull stunts like this in the US, and fail.
