dont know how many times i've made the distinction between a "fight" and a "contest to decide the gamer of two dogs"-not even close to a fight.I think what happens is people often attach their own ideals and definitions to what a good dog sees only as a challenge.I can guarantee you garner's chinaman for instance would laugh u outta town if you accused him of ever being "in a fight".I still say it's way more complicated for anyone under age 45 or 50 to comprehend. Keep thinking it'll come to ya.

just a quick note-this dog vs. dog debate has been written about numerous times.You can find it in detail in Carl Semencic's book "The History of Fighting Dogs". well the pitbul has more chances first of all its faster smaller and bred to fight but a bad move it will lead dem to a snap on the neck or a super poundin by the rott and thats a fact

i dont see why this discusion is even gracing these boards but an american pitbull gamebread vs a rotweiler would be an unfair fight anyways, rotweillers are a man agressive bread while bully types are animal agresion bred...thats why pits are low small and wide because they attack upwards at vitals and stiffle while a rottie is ment for people controle, BIG hight and pushy made for unbalancing an enemy and overwhelming with size and power. dont make this even a part of your decision or ur scum

Ok before i even start i just want ya to know im not starting a argument lol anyways, i dont know if your rottie would win or not but it does stand a good chance. BUT the point im here to make is that a pitbull would probably be the dog to rip a rottie apart. Mind you i have neither yet and im trying to pick and im not buying the dog to fight with lol Anyways umm yea i think a great dane, south russian ovcharka and pitbull would all beat a rottweiler.
