This is a video of a car crash that occured in a snowstorm on an interstate highway in a rural section of Minnesota. A trooper with the Minnesota State Patrol had stopped to work an accident scene and as he is talking with motorists a car careens out of control and smashes into a car that is being winched up on a flatbed tow truck. Looks like there were injuries. Am not sure how bad they were though.
