thats what i was thinking, I would do that " natural" yoga, the kind all kids do around the house, the mother would yell, cause she was afraid I would dislocate something or what ever.... I ended up going to gymnastics where i did the same roll for 45 minutes. get nothing done and have to beg the teacher for the privelage of doing what his pets were doing.. those kids r lucky
