    Ya you have to work fast before it cracks and to store the finished show pieces in very dry condition. In my country, the climate is humid and it wont last even a few hours in room temperature...

    I found out the hard way a few years ago that you can't lick melted sugar like you do with cake batter.

    Those things at the end were made with pulled sugar? Is it harder to work with than the sugar gum dough thing? (Looks like toffee to me)
