Darn..few typos..well it happens..been a weird day..also the video got me so confused =)

Brings a feeling beyond words..Then comes the cruelty of Humans comes to mind..That some those beautiful and sweet creatures of Nature are being killed just for fun and for their fur etc. The text at the end said that Murdered..so i assume that some stupid Wild animal hunters killed him..just as what happened to the lady in that movie based on a real-life..Gorilla's of the Misty Mountains..can't remember the name..

I deliberatly chose not to watch it again for a while since I first saw it, to see whether it would have the same effect on me later on. Today I decided to watch it again. Imagine my amazement when I found I felt the exact same way I did when I watched it the first time.

To the previous poster: as for lifetime owners being killed by their lions, do you know the circumstances of those incidents - I doubt it.
George Adamson spent his whole adult life raising, interacting and living with lions, even after they were integrated back into the wild. Do you think it is a coincidence he was never hurt or killed by any of them?
Others, such as Gareth Patterson and Keith RIchardson have also had similar relationships with MULTIPLE lions over many years.

Humans are responsible for a lot of "bestial" behavior, too. In reference to your comment about lions killing their owners ... well, what about humans abusing and killing their loved ones (children, etc.)?

These emotions aren't specifically "human" ... they tend to be shared by various animals, specifically mammals.

As for worrying about being eaten by a lion. Please note that Joy and George Adamson were killed by humans.

Humans are so quick to get touched by events such as this because they are quick to anthropomorphize lions. I adore lions look at my account name, but if you study ethology, lions are NOT humans they dont share similar interests / emotions, there are also many cases of lions killing their lifelong owners, and thats normal, its how it is in the lion world. They've evolved a different set or evolutionary instincts. Take a step back and really think about it.

wow this video really touched me. I'm glad for them. I wish i had a lion. I agree, when u show an amimal kiddness even if its wild it will never forget it. Thats 100% true.
