And that is why you haven't been number 1 in the world nor #2. So it's clear your little mental blocks in tennis are not shared by Federer, Secretlone.
By ohworldgirl1 [Affiliate User] 1233947755 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Remove"YOU" have been playing tennis for years??? Do you know how immature and unexperienced that sounds mate? So what...I played Div 1 and wouldn't suggest that something as insane as you're suggesting. Both Wimby and AO were matches on the brink save lapses in confidence and pressure Fed can regain with patience and a new coach!
By xman4un [Affiliate User] 1233869902 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveFederer has played bigger and stronger guys than Nadal and won - so the physical arugument you pose doesn't really have much of a leg to stand on. While there is truth that Federer should phase in more speed and intensity but someone who hands a 6-3 6-3 to Nadal is not out of the game silly!
By ohworldgirl1 [Affiliate User] 1233846748 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveAnybody who say the #2 in the world is finished has got to be insane. Really, give your brain a chance. When the man drops down the #120 ranking in the world - then maybe you can say he's finished. But FYI - he gives Rafa a run for his money and as soon as he adjusts his game; everyone watch out!
By ohworldgirl1 [Affiliate User] 1233846563 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeits virtually impossible, i have been playing tennis for years and i know hard it is to beat an oponent that has beaten you both physically and mentally, Federer cannot match Nadal mentally and definately not physically!
By secretlone [Affiliate User] 1233839594 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveHe's not finished, any other player on the tour would LOVE his annual results...you kidding???!!!! The thing is his major wins might be more sporadic as happens with players his age. Sampras comes to mind naturally...Agassi another. He'll need coaching to get Nadal out of his mind and just play without being tentative as he did in that 3 set tie-break and terribly in the 5th set. He needs to not be attached to results and winning majors PERIOD!
By xman4un [Affiliate User] 1233805605 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveNadal was 21 back then and now he's only 22 and has 6 grand slams, and is still improving. It's not like he's the finished article at 22. Federer had only 1 or grand slam at the age of 22 i think. his first wimbledon. Both great players but Nadal has the game that can frustrate and crush roger. Both amazing players. But I don't think Fed has beaten him now since Wimbledon 07. Nadal deservedly is the best player in the world and is a great guy too. Hugging roger when he was down and all! champ
By stubberz [Affiliate User] 1233675216 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removefederer is finished, NADAL is proven himself to be the best and is the best.
By secretlone [Affiliate User] 1233667458 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down Removeit was funny watching joe tsonga outplaying nadal..good times there
the worlds "number 1 player" should have putten up more of a fight against him..and federer is still better than nadal..i dont think nadal faced any1 that was good enough for him or took him to a 5 set match until his semifinal match..compare that to federers matches in Aus Open 2009
Nadal OWNS federer now. roger is nadals bunny. FACT. All you fed fans can go S**k rogers dick. That might stop him crying any further. What a P***y Nadal, you are a true champion. Beating roger now is as easy as stealing candy from a kid! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHHAHAAH HAHAHAHAHAHAAHAAAHHA

By datzvietxnxmze13 [Affiliate User] 1233100940 Reply Spam [+0] Moderate Up Moderate Down RemoveUsually, Federer plays 2 o 3 great games and then a not so good game.
Us Open: Maxi Rodriguez: good game, Tiago Alvés: bad game
Stepanek: Great game
Andreev: Bad game
Muller: Great game
Djokovic: Great game
Murray: Perfect game
