You could try another brand of jute or you'll have to order it by the pound threw a website.

I got the jute in a roll like twine comes in from a home improvement store and when i tryed to unspin it, it frayed and fell apart. Where did you get yours or what can i do to stop the fraying?

yes you could you'd have to do it in sections to go all the way around and more than a 5X9 net.

from the beginning to 0:28,you only had to do one side of netting because yours is a sniper suit, but for a full ghillie could I use the same process, but do that twice? how could i get the netting all the way around?

yeah you can put netting on it but i don't recommend using a balaclava though, because of heat.for both you can add net just use glue.

Can i [ut the netting on the balaclava instead of using a hat???? and should i put the netting on gloves?

get more net attach anything and make like a hoodie . if you use ties you wont have to use clothing as a base.

Yes you can, with a little dedication i don't see why not. If i was going to do what your doing what i would do is find a net thats like 6X6 any size that can cover your upper body. Find the center of the net and cut a hole thats can fit you head, once you do this you can use all jute or fake leaves you want, tie the sides together where your waist is to keep it together. cut out smaller square sections that cover you lower legs and forearms. use like a string or something.
