    Not to take anything away from what you're saying, but Elwood does not appear to unplug it (although that would be hysterical) but he rips off a piece of the upholstering. Love this movie. Saw it when it first came out when I was 12 -- in a double feature with a Roger Moore movie called Ffolkes. Awesome, classic, surreal comedy. Love Belushi and Aykroyd, and John Landis. Lot's of great cameos in this film too. :)
