Che more than Marcos, but the same can happened with Marcos in the future: That the people only see the face and wear this face without knowing what ideas are behind this face, because it is 'cool'. It is not a video of an personality cult or something else. It is just a video about a man. It is a tribute, yes; but you must not forget that you must be critical with ALL! To be anti-authoritarian with ALL! You must ask questions and find the right answer for you. Marcos is (sadly) going to be a secound 'Che'. You must see him with your own eyes. This video is a rancorous tribute to Marcos and what he is in my eyes: A secound 'Che', sadly! It is my view on him. What is your view on him?

This is little bit different case. Cult of personality of Marcos isn't run by Marcos himself. He is spokeman of the new era non-authoritian far left and maybe deserve his glory more then Che. But that is hypothetical, we will watch his future activity in the EZLN.

Zerza the reason Authoritarian Socialists like stalin make such extensive use of personality cults is becaise they are extremely effective in uniting those you control.

As a libertarian socialist myself I've never understood why there is, together with the extreme right, more personality cult in the far left than anywhere else. But what I do know it's that it's only a matter of time before this guy's face will be on all sorts of products bought by submissive people trying to live off his status.

Great, the next cult of personality that gives more credit to one man than the collective he's a part of @ Che. Have fun raising your new charismatic leader to a romantic superhuman pedestal, which really is a just way of lowering yourself to another person and thereby entirely miss the point with libertarian socialism.
