Vista's Admin Account Unlock

this is S**t you have to be admmin to do this stupid

well, it shouldn't ask for the password, unless your computer has been previously accessed by a computer person (PC world, etc.) The guest account can be turned on by going onto the start menu, clicking your icon, and altering another account, it will say guest account on or off, switch it on from there. And yes, vista is a B**** XP was so much easier, but vista has the looks, lol

i tried to run as administrator but it will ask for the password and but when i entered it and error message occured, how do i make the guest account active now its unactive,[so i could do it on guest]thanks for the help really appreciated it(i hate vista wish i had my xp back >:(!!!!

ok, rember the thing i said a little while back, right click on command promt, and then RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.
If it doesn't work, ur doing something wrong, or your trying to do it on a guest account, either way, i know this work because i have done it myself on 23 vista computers now, and i had no trouble with any of them.

unfortunatly, microsoft removed the cmd messaging capabilities, so you cannot make a messenger out of vista's cmd :(
