    I taught my 5 year old brother to do standing granby rolls in AAU tourneys. It's pretty damn amazing how effective this move can be for you when you get that high pressure. There are other ways to get out on bottom, but this is definitely the most spectacular. National champ baby.

    in reference to the 2 people calling to the rolls peteresons...you're right that almost everyone of the rolls ended up in a so-called peterson position (called a granby pin position by many people). if you watch carefully, you'll see that they all started with a granby (either a flip or shoulder roll). its very common to have the granby cause the man to step over making it easy to finish in a 5 point roll. this is the best example of granbys i've ever seen!
