    You mean musical instrument other than sound produced by human, right? Because just singing is music too by definition. It contains musical notes. But to answer you question : yes. percussion (either acoustic or synthetic) was used and also the song is orchestrated using keyboard. They used a grand piano tone, assuming it was not acoustically recorded. So, yes. there's music in it.
