The event was held in Rockville, Maryland on April 4, 2009 and was attended by crew and cast, including Roopa Ganguly and Rituparna Sengupta, who flew in from India specifically for the premiere. Director Raj Basu was visibly overjoyed with the warm reception the movie received and plans to take this Bengali thriller to cities across US, Canada, UK before finally releasing in India.
