Cops are so stupid... Did they all become cops because they failed the garbage man test?

That cop had no authority in that situation. The PD's job is to direct traffic to make the scene safe for the FD to do their job. A working firefighter has more authority than state highway patrolman at the scene of a car accident/extrication. That cop was way out of his jurisdiction making that move. He should be suspended without pay if not exterminated from the service.

That is one dumb cop, he needs to be educated on police procedure again, or hopefully FIRE as its commonsense you don't do that crap. He inhibited a rescue operation. When paramedics and firefighters arrive to an emergency situation. They have full command and the officer need to bad off.
