Ok, maybe this cobra would be too big for the mongoose. If I ever saw a snake like this, I'd turn and RUN as fast as I could. People have said that this would not be good to do, as it might intimidate the snake. They say that it is better to back away slowly, but I'd probably be too scared to move slowly away. Hopefully, I could run faster than the snake.

Right, they are slower than most snakes, and the mongoose is quick. That's the reason that the mongoose probably could defeat even this snake. The mongoose has dexterity, and can run in and bite the cobra.

He says towards the end of the film, "Did you see how docile the snake was??" Is he kidding? The snake struck at him several times. He didn't bite, but that could be only because the guy moved out of the way quickly. He was crazy. Would you go and touch a grizzly bear on the head? No. Would you play a game of russian roulette for a thrill? If I want a thrill, I'd rather go to an amusement park and get on a roller coaster.

I see that somebody rated my previous comments at a -1, but I still think that what this guy did was incredibly foolish. The guy certainly has balls, especially to go and touch the snake on its head. It is one thing to be brave, but being brave doesn't mean you go and actively seek out trouble. He says at 2:20 that nothing compares to this experience. But there is one beast that could take out even this snake: the mongoose!
