THIS IS THE LATEST DESIGN I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON. SO FAR IT IS THE MOST RELIABLE SETUP I'VE TRIED WITH THE FASTEST RATE OF PRODUCTION. THIS IS WITH 3/4 TEASPOON OF BAKING SODA.

  • HEH yeah i have a ...

HEH yeah i have a 93 non-turbo, but its my "fun car" im switching over to the turbo engine.. i'll have a spare engine that just needs rings sitting around...

Once I have more money, I have some ideas and I'm going to try and run it off HHO completely.. just that as I'm sure you're aware, this is a costly undertaking... and costly and I don't get a long very well right now..

Hey, it's a 92 eclipse (you are right, non-turbo). I have set this unit aside for the much more efficient 7 cell setup (see other vids). I am adding the HHO gas to the incoming air to the air box. To be able to replace gasoline completely it would take huge HHO production. Even with the 7 cell I am currenty running I am still having trouble fooling the engine computer. With the HHO added the engine burns so much more efficiently the oxygen sensor thinks its running lean and dumps more fuel in.

heh 1989 - 1994 mitsubishi eclipse (or variant)

    Is it turbocharged?
Are you adding the hho to the gas?
    or replacing the gas completely?

  • Try reversing the ...

Try reversing the polarity ...cathode likes to be hot = more electrons available, your wires as cathode having lower mass will get nice & hot. Outer case loses heat as there's a cooling effect. Try to keep anode at ambient as it'll draw heat energy from air around it = more efficiency.

the higher the voltage the lower the current also the higher the voltage the higher the production as the higher voltages reduces the resistance due to a lower current flow. the higher voltage means there is much more energy available for the electrolysis to take place. also its good to make sure on one of the plates not sure weather + or - but small fine pins that come to sharp points i think its the hydrogen it collects better at sharp points rather than flat surfaces

  • Thanks for the ...

Thanks for the checking it out but as cool as it looks it is extremely flawed. It has 304 grade stainless mesh inside (+) and stainless outer tube (-). VERY inefficient design. I was gettting about 30mpg highway before and 33mpg after. Also by running such high voltage in a single cell it forces huge amounts of iron out of the lower grade stainless. I do not suggest this setup unless you know something I'm missing. My next attempt will either be a multiple cell setup or a dry cell.
