Lori Rom played Phoebe before Alyssa Milano, but had to leave, so Alyssa got the part. And the same for Andy, before played by Chris Broyd, then Ted King. They made this pilot, but because they left they had to re-do it.

I was wondering what it would be like if Phoebe was played by Lori Rom, and made these credits. Also would Shannen have left the show? Charmed would be really different I think!
