    he means that when ur already going for the wrist instead of just grabbing it use the bony part of ur thumb in that aproximate location (on this particular pressure point u don't have to be very precise) and it will hurt more which may surprise ur attacker, it's nothing spectacular but it's a tiny little thinh that could still help

    wow this guy looks scary, would not want to meat him in a dark alley. or he could directly grab my rist and run his finger down my arm untile he finds the noch in my rist and then directly uses not his thumb, but the side of his them to press and rub acrros my arm bone.. hmm i dunno but im pretty sure while all this was happening i could punch him several times in the jaw
