Hi Damonstration, I just watched your After Affects kamehameha tutorial. It was pretty cool. I'm a graphics nut myself, actually. I got into modeling in Caligari Truespace in High School and have sortof been branching off from there. I was wondering: Is After Effects a Photoshop Plug In or a stand-alone? I am rather ignorant where drawing programs are concerned since my thing is wireframe. I'd be interested to know more. Thanks!

for beginners this tutorial is good, but for professional this looks very cheap,
try testing with lights, try holding something that glows, add particles, get more known with beams, theres a lot of way to improve effects

im trying do a mini movie trailer with loads diff powers, and one fights is light vs dark, -_- i cant seem find effects to do in black, i only tried particle illusion and when put something black it vanishs in any movie clip.

no its not.. according to youtube it is, but u can make a clip that can last 3 hours, and uploaded the only limit is the size of the vid, which happens to be 100 mbs
