    oh boy......i was afraid "Treading" was gonna be something important to the sport. I can swim in deep parts of water but i lack the ability to stay afloat in the middle of pool. (Ive been a Runner for a long time I never had the chance to do an aquatic sport before)

    i would probably suggest that you start swimming and treading, ALOT. After you have those both down pretty good and once you start scrimmaging you'll pick up the sport pretty quickly, it's really not that hard to get the hang of. Good luck & have fun!!
