Dirty, sexy Monet (Monet Yvette Clarisse Marie Therese St. Croix) is another of Marvel's mutant X-Men characters. Born in Bosnia to an ambassador and his Algerian wife, she and her brother are both mutants (he is Marius, a vampiric mutant). She came along in 1994, brainchild of Scott Lobdell and Chris Bachalo, and joined the teenage Generation X group. Later she switched to the X-Factor series. She has hyped-up speed, agility, strength, dexterity, and a genius intellect, so don't try to con her. She's dark-skinned and gorgeous. In the Generation X TV movie, she was played by Amarilis. Music is "White River Suite," performed by Steve Davidson.
