Devo dire ke va piu di quanto pensassi...da 170 in poi si sente un po la mancanza di cilindrata...dimmi se è cosi o se è 1 mia impressione.

I'll explain you better. At low-middle rpms, you have a compressor boost, at middle rpms, you have compressor and turbo boost, and at middle-high rpms you have turbo boost, this engine is quite nice at all range of rpm, to get the max power you should change at 6500 aprox, you have maximum power between 5000 and 6400 rpm.

It's a boost gauge.

is that the turbo gauge on the dash or the miles per gallon vacuum gauge?

iv got a passat with a 1.4 tsi engine and im wondering would anyone be able to tell me what revs i shud be changing gears at when racing in order to get the most out of the turbo please???

look, i have now a smart forfour, i weights nearly a ton and its so light necause there are no comfortable seats or awesome radio and navigation a.s.o., the golf is heavy because it is a well equipped, german "luxury" small car, and i like it, even if it weights 2 tons
