No Reservations Korea Part1

I went to Korea this past December and had some of that San Nakji (live octopus) but Ididnt have nearly as much fun as Anthony Bordain let me tell ya hahaha

I remember watching this show. Made me hungry hahaha. I know some people who are interested in Korean food but shy away because it's usually spicy. Is there anything in Korean food that people who can't or don't eat spicy food can eat?
