Israel has accused Iran of secretly working to obtain nuclear weapons capabilities in what it has called a strategy of "deception, defiance and concealment". The comments came at the recent International Atomic Energy Agency 35-nation summit in Vienna, where talks were dominated by the debate on Iran's nuclear development programme. While tough talk is not a novelty at the watchdog, this comment has highlighted fears that hostility between Israel and Iran may spill over into armed conflict. Tehran's chief delegate to the IAEA is expected to respond in a speech on Tuesday, but many nations are skeptical of actually coming to an agreement. The same pessimism is clouding the upcoming Moscow talks, due to take place on 18th and 19th June. Iran and the six powers -- United States, France, Russia, China, Germany and Britain -- will be meeting for the third time this year following scant progress at last month's Baghdad summit.
