    Oh man. I thought this video was deleted. I see the listing picture changed and now 4 parts into one. I've been searching for some time. Sooooo happy to find it again. Now saved in my favorites. It always use to list first in beer making searches. I always reference this video through my beer making venture.

    Hey thanks to Matt for putting all four parts together. I should mention that the one glaring error in this video was that I mention that the starting water temp for a mash is 160, when it should really be about 170F. You lose about 15 degrees of temp after the grains mash-in, for a 155F starting mash temp. This is perfect for alpha-amylase conversion. Have fun brewing all - Brian Vandemark
