it's not their fault that he had diabetes though, so thats like suing for something he did on his own... unless he got diabetes from the cereal, then i understand your point. :)

i wish i had a year's supply! i'm getting bored as hell eating mini-swirls and cinnamon toast crunch every weekday before i get on my bus at 6:50am.

dude, some friend of mine told me that some kid overdosed on frosted flakes, it was some fat 12-year old kid with diabetes, he won some contest where he got a year's supply of the cereal, but he ate too many and died of a heart attack, and so his parents sued kellogg's, and now they're actually planning to take frosted flakes off the shelves permanently. :(
