꽃보다 남자/Boys Over Flowers MV - Stand By Me W/ Eng. Sub.

This is a video montage of Geum Jan Di and Gu Jun Pyo from a Korean TV drama called 꽃보다 남자 (aka꽃보다男子,Boys Over Flowers, Han Yori Dango, 花より男子, 流星花園) set to "Stand By Me" sung by SHINee.

I have watched all three Boys Over Flowers TV dramas, and this one has become my all time favorite. Although the baseline story is from the original manga entitled "Hana Yori Dango", I really liked the fresh approach by the Korean writers.

이민호(Lee Min Ho) was a perfect embodiment of 구준표(Gu Jun Pyo) including the hair! 구혜선 (Gu Hye Sun) was great as 금잔디 (Geum Jan Di), but I had to agree with many people saying that she seemed to have overacted in the beginning. Her yelling got on my nerve after a while.

There was another thing that bugged me to no end. The director/editors decided to include all those "music videos" in the drama to reflect what each character was feeling. However, they should have limited the number of the "music videos" and/or shorten them. Most of them could have been taken out and it would not have affected the story at all. After a while, I just fast-forwarded them whenever I saw it coming.

Even with the above mentioned shortcomings, this was a great drama especially the storyline and I loved it.

P.S. I am a little upset that Youtube has cut off the last 15 frames or so of my video. It should fade to dark completely. Also, what's up with the encoding algorithm?
