I'm not sure what you mean by Electronic. But it does have twice the amount of electronic components that the Leopard 1 and C2 had. The Canadian version was fitted with an advanced electronic turret that cut the internal temperature in half.
And your 100% right, the crew makes the tank. I imagine if you put a veteran crew in a Sherman and a Green crew in this, the sherman would whoop ass lol.

A Leopard 2A6 with a Canadian or a German would smoke a Yankee filled Abrams any day.
