Well, I think Linkin Park is a really mediocre band, and here are a couple of reasons for it:
First of all, Chester's a kitch, he keeps trying to sound like Layne Staley(Alice in Chains).
Little attention on the instrumental part.
On most songs they're just swithing back and forth thorugh a note.
Almost all LP songs have the same structure: heavy chorus, verse, heavy chorus, rapping, heavy chorus. Repetitive?

idc wut u think...the reason why u should like linkin park if u like korn...linkin park is heavier..well..some of it is.

and please give me ur opinion on L.P...l.p is a great band..they have a bunch of fans and know how to get the crowd started..not as much as slipknot though xD plus..you cant always listen to heavy S**t (lamb of god,cradle of filth;not saying you listen to that but..) its good every once and awhile to take a break from stuff like that and listen to something lighter

Limp Bizkit.. they're a circus on-stage. Fun to watch, but we are talking about music here, and they have nothing to do with it.

As for Linkin Park, I don't think you want to know my opinion..

nu metal doesnt S**k nu-metal combines rap and rock....i dont mind linkin park...well their old S**t like hybrid theory....but minutes to midnight...idc wut u say...linkin park IS nu-metal...if u like korn you like linkin park.....but limp bizkit...i dont care for them :)

They did use to have a hip-hop feel to them. Nowdays, they've turned progressive.

I kinda' disagree. Instrumentally, Korn owns Slipknot by a long shot.
However, in terms of imagery and performance, Slipknot win.
And Deftones have a feel of their own.
