Great video but what he calls "Fully-Automatic" weapons are not illegal. They require a Form 4 Application completed w/ the ATF and a $200 Tax Stamp. There's other requirements but that's the "gist" of it. State/Local laws may however rescind this right.

And I had to stop again at 3:28 because my brain could no longer take the propganda BS. He claims that what makes an assault rifle an "assault rifle" is that it is full auto. He flat-out says that the semi-auto assault rifle is not an "assault rifle".
The primary distinction of an assault rifle is "selective fire". So, he may be correct in this case, but it is by accident. Or he is a liar because instead of dispelling myths and informing, he is instead persuading. Those are massively different.

Had to stop it at 2:10 and comment...a full auto does not continue to fire until "all rounds are expended". It will continue to fire until you release the trigger. For some, this may seem like anal-nitpicking, but in the context that this guy is supposed to be an authority on the topic and is here to dispel myths and educate us...for him to say that you pull this trigger and the gun will just blast out ever last round it has in its mag...is "fail" to harsh?

The laws in the UK are fantastic. We don't get maladjusted teens or "postmen" killing 10's of people every few months and that's because we have sensible gun laws for a modern sensible society - look at the gun crime figures, it's simply a fact.
We had the one massacre along time ago and we put in place laws to reduce the chances of this happening again - seems sensible to me.
