Parkour documentary by Julie Angel following Dan Edwardes and Forrest from Parkour Generations as they teach parkour to young people in schools and community groups across London as part of the Positive Futures programme. Also featuring Stephane Vigroux.
videos like these makes me wanna do parkour, I actually already started doing it, but something is wrong with my foot, it hurts, have to wait for a few weeks I guess until it heals, then I can practise!

Great documentary! Another wonderful and well put together Parkour video. Its really good to finally see the in depth benefits to the young people and society as a whole when you get involved in Parkour. Really like the interviews with the people in the beginning and really shows parkour in its original element the way it was intended to be.
Keep up the great work

Define better. You can move better? Or you have a better mentality about it?
It's not a competitive sport, don't try to treat it like one.
