Great documentary! Another wonderful and well put together Parkour video. Its really good to finally see the in depth benefits to the young people and society as a whole when you get involved in Parkour. Really like the interviews with the people in the beginning and really shows parkour in its original element the way it was intended to be.

thing is i live in scotland (S**t place)
i do parkour and yes 4 years i have been doing it things are going brilliant but i wish these sort of things happened in scotland .DONT LET ANY ONE PUT U DOWN BY SAYING PARKOUR IS GAY IT ISNT IVE WENT THROUGH EVERY YEAR PEOPLE SAYING TO ME ITS GAY BELIEVE IN URE SELF and getting freerunning ! well done

As always Julie great work. As a parkour community leader here in Canada I love seeing parkour being spread to young people. I know first hand how effective it can be in starting an amazing, positive change in ones life.

Parkour isn't a competition.

Urban structures while promising facility promote debilitation. Parkour invites an interaction with perceived limitations and a defiance of our modern passive roles.

i only got to watch half of it. but i'll watch the rest later tonight. so far its awesome. i like how you get to go to schools and show the children.

I hate parkour hypers but forrest and dan are so friendley and have such a good aim almost makes my cry;) they are such a good people who should be paid for this. as seen from the video: This video makes me even think more what a beatifull dicipline parkour is it;s even a therapy and for me? for me its EVERYTHING!!
