People, please dont fall for the illusion, are they really developing this property with the Congolese people in mind. Question that. The island will be of the mainland Kinshasa, that means there will be a distinct seperation, and as the living standards improve on the island, what will happen to those staying in Kinshasa. $4 Billion is being spent to develop this, but what is being spent to help mainland Kinshasa develop. The living standards for the people there will remain stagnant.
