Woah.. guys.. You ...
Woah.. guys.. You cannot tell people to heat the oil on high. Some oil has a much higher smoke point, and will burn. To properly heat oil on the stove top, you need a candy/oil thermometer. Heating oil on high, will eventually fill the house with smoke, and possibly start a fire. Plus.. you had the paper towel waaaay too close to the stove top. It's a nice little vid.. but those who are considering trying this out.. do NOT try this, unless you know what you're doing.
