somehow i doubt an eight year old who cant tell the difference between a can / bottle opener will be making a very good review. also, the hook is so when holding the package by the string, the string isnt cutting off circulation to your fingers, and allows u to have a grip while carrying it.

I have that exact same knife, except mine has a wood saw. Oh and the thing with the wire stripper is also a big screw driver.
