Actually Josh would best fit in the class of "Baritenor" which is in fact what almost ALL "Baritones" are. The male voice is capable of reaching great heights but this is denied by the vast majority who don't know how. The "head voice" is believed not to be part of the "real voice" but is in fact the key to unlocking a man's full range, which is OFTEN capable of reaching just as high as a female coloratura!

He has such a velvet smooth voice and nice eyes.
