com has good prices. I pay half there. Don't buy a crappy harp. Go for middle of the line, or, if you are rich, buy top of the line.*L*....and don't think playing harp is the inexpensive way out, you have to have one in a lot of keys AND they blow out....here I thought I was picking up a cheap instrument...BOY was I wrong*LOL'

in euros...a suzuki diatonic harmonica or a honer marine band costs about 20 euros (this should be about 25 dollars, but I believe diatonic harmonicas are anyway cheaper in the US). If you just want a cheap diatonic harmonica you can spend less than 10 dollars, but I'd not suggest to buy one (they usually don't sound good, and are more difficult to bend).
Speaking of Chromatic harps, the cost is more than double (or more).
