LOL moron? Wow you're so good! Ouch that hurt me SO much. I said OVER 100 years ago not 100 years exactly. And yes I understand how constitutional amendments are made. The problem is that it is CONGRESS making those calls. Not the American public! We don't vote on that whatsoever! And as for just simply writing our Congressmen and asking for them to vote on it...seriously...are you serious?! yeah sure we can ask them to do it. That doesn't mean they will though!

First of all, moron, the amendment to the Constitution that prohibits foreigners from being president was created 200 and not 100 years ago. Secondly, Americans do have the power to change the law if they want to. All it takes is for two thirds of the American Congress to vote and amendment that nullifies the other one and Arnie can run for president. If enough Americans wrote their Congressman asking to vote for that, it would be done.
