    There is something about mustangs, they were designed to be design by you, with so many choices of supercharger specially made for GT500's is hard not to upgrade it, besides that GT500 you are referring to is stage 2 from "evo perform" which costs $1400, just pully change and air intake. I love Shelby cars

    And your LX will blow up after two runs... I have seen many small Japanese cars with huge ass turbos will either over heat after one run or blow up the engine. GT500's stock piston and rods can easily handle +800hp, plus it has Tremec transmission which is needless to say heavy duty and very reliable. If you search a little you will see GT500's with 3900 pounds can easily pass 1/4 mils in 9s and 10s which is Veyron territory... all you need is Whipple 3.4 supercharger which is only $5k
