Interesting concept but Djibouti is not Denmark and Yemen not Sweden. Get literacy then healthcare, democracy, woman vote. A free press, judiciary independent of rulers and dictators. Islam needs reform to bring it into the modern world and free thinking to challenge the old ideologies. How will they stem the mass flow of people travelling from Africa into the Middle East. African regimes are bedevilled by corruption with no end in sight for the betterment of the people

Saudis always wanted to discredit yemen and somalia , this project is only to marginalize S**k potentailly stronger counrties. thew have banned sales of livestock from somalia and de-evlauted role of Aden.

Why should America(you mean U.S i guess)give its OK? Who do you think they are? Would this project benefit the millions and millions of people dying from hunger in Africa, it then is good, otherwise do not waste your time and money. The human beings need technology but this without food is never an achievement.

i love the idea and im already saving some $ to invest in the project if America gives its OK!
