We took a group of kids from the consulate to visit a local dairy we're working with outside Guangzhou, China. The dairy has about 1200 holstein cows and we're doing a feed trial with them using US alfalfa. Our intern showed Anna how to feed milk starter to the calves. The kids had a great time and I think the calves enjoyed the attention as well.
