Well, if you really wish to se the car of tomorrow from yesterday then I suggest you turn your eyes to the monumental Citroën DS. Although for rock solid reliability Mercedes, and Volvo probably win out. Oh, and we can't forget about safety. Back when car companies in the United States kept safety belts, and head restraints off the market for fear that it would hurt there sales, the Europeans put them in anyways, and made cars based on safety.
