This is a hard core work out and an excellent way to strengthen your lower abdomen. Be careful not to strain your groin. Watch the video and you might learn something.
Aerial Chafont. I'm just getting the hang of it. Ladies this is an excellent way to strengthen and tone your body. Not very many men practice this. The strength you gain is unbeleivable.
My friend and I practicing offensive and defensive technique called catch hands. After x amount of practice this gets you used to blocking/deflecting punches. Alot of times if something comes within a few inches of your head your subconciouse mind makes you deflect what ever it may be without thinking about it. Also it toughen your hands.

Doing pull ups on the door trim using only my finger tips. You can try this at home but I hihly recommend you strenthen your fingers for a while before you do so and hurt yourself. Enjoy!
Here I am running on a treadmill at a 45 degree angle. I am using technology on top of technology. These shoes are great! At $150, it's a great investment. They rehab. foot, ankle, and knee injuries to a certain degree. Also they increase your vertical, speed, and calve size. I feel like I can fly after using them. This is an opinon and not fact. Enjoy!

I just finished lifting weights in which I take no breaks. Speed and timing is everything in a fight. You can always upgrade your speed with the proper equipment.

This is a good way to do sit ups if you're looking to get a 6-8 pack and shred your ribs. I advise you stretch your lower back before hand.
