Based on the H.A.L.T. theory: Never allow yourself to become: H=too hungry (Nourish, and Detoxify your body with good food) A=too Angry (Nurture yourself with love and positive self talk) L=too lonely (Experience new places, people & Culture) T=too tired (Pace your self, measure and applaud your achievements, and laugh often.) Change your looks, your environment, & your life. Love the New You! you deserve all that the Universe has to offer, and wants to give to you! Enjoy time alone with your own thoughts, listen to your own voice, and accept your inner guidance.

I have come full circle; from where I began. I like to call it the Raku Path. The path of healing my soul's errors, to overcoming them. As I ascend higher on the spiral of this lifetime, I know that my steps, my lessons, my tests passed or failed, were in the order of the Master. The Creator, and I travel this way to -gether. There really is no getting too far astray, reliant on Divine Guidance.

Carl Jung made a science of dream interpretation. This dream has been analyzed as prophetic, or bad indigestion. I tried to paint it in a little acrylic, but I could not capture its eerie quality. Then 7 years later I found a real place that resembled it, near to a place that I moved into which had a small park nearby.l
