Here we are climbing the external scaffolding of Rosslyn Chapel, where we have a unique view of fantastic flying buttresses. Lovely, subtle colors. This scaffolding was not present in the Tom Hanks / Ron Howard movie. Rosslyn is about 10 minutes from Dalhousie Castle and about three hours from Culzean Castle.

This is where Tom Hanks and Audrey Tautou said their goodbyes in the movie The DaVinci Code, although there was some creative editing regarding the I guess I can't walk on water scene. That pool was elsewhere. Roslin is about 10 minutes from Dalhousie Castle and about three hours from Culzean Castle.
