This tutorial is continued with full written instructions at *******WordpressVideos.TV In this video, Im gonna show you how to use your cPanel account to create subdomains and also add-on domains. So the first thing you need to do is log in to your cPanel web host account, and then scroll to the bottom. Under Domains, you would see a few links here; and the first is Subdomains; second is Addon Domains; third is Parked Domains; and so on. So lets first create a subdomain. Now, in many ways, a subdomain can be treated as a different domain name altogether. And in fact, as far as search engines are concerned, they usually treat subdomains as a new domain name. Now, there are a few reasons you may want to use subdomains instead of subfolders. The first is to create different portions of your website that focus on different aspects. So for example, I may want all my members to log in at members.youractualurl****. And then youd see that cPanel automatically map this subdomain that Ive created to the document route, and also to the specific folder that matches this subdomain. So if I create members.youractualurl****, then any website, or all the files, all the pages that I want to appear at members.youractualurl****, I would need to upload it to this folder via FTP. And lets click on Create. Okay, so it says, members.youractualurl**** has been created. And lets go backnow you can see I have two subdomains. The first is members.youractualurl****, and the second is test.youractualurl****. The difference between these two is that the first subdomain is not redirected, and the second is redirected to www.clickbank****. So the second reason really you may want to create a subdomain is to create a redirect link, that whenever someone types in test.youractualurl**** into their web browser and they will be taken to this website instead. So this is a simple way, actually, to create affiliate links. So now, lets go back and lets take a look at how to create add-on domains. Now, Im back on the main page, so Im gonna scroll to the bottom and click on Addon Domains.

This tutorial is continued with full written instructions at *******WordpressVideos.TV In this video, Im going to show you a very cool WordPress plugin that you can use to create membership sites. And that plugin is called WishList Member. To find this plugin, you can just go to Google, and type in wishlist member and do a search for that. And the actual URL is at member.wishlistproducts****. On the main sales page for WishList Member, you can watch the YouTube video over here to see how it works, and then you can also have a brief overview of all the features. Now, WishList Member is one of the more advanced membership site plugins that are specifically designed to be used with WordPress. So needless to say, youll find a lot of features like unlimited membership level, simple installation and integration with WordPress blogs, flexible membership options, sequential content delivery, which is a very popular system among a lot of membership site owners, and a lot of other things as well that you can read on the main page itself. Now, lets look at the pricing for WishList Member. So if you wanna run WishList Member on a single WordPress blog on a single domain then you can just get the Single Site License, which is, at the moment of this video, USD97. Or if you have multiple sites, then you can get the Multi-site License for USD297. So Im just gonna click on Single Site License. And on the second Order Page, or Step 2 of the Order Page, youll probably see an additional promotion where you can get three licenses for the price of two, or thisthe actual promotion may be different while you are viewing the actual website at the moment. So Im going to scroll down, and Im gonna pass on this offer and click on No, Thanksfor just a Single Site License. Next comes the actual final order page, so once you have filled up your personal information over here, and also selected the payment method credit card or PayPal and then you have made a payment; then what you should receive in your email so its very important that you check your email what you should receive in your email is your login details to the WishList Customer Area, and also your license key for your WishList Member installation.

This tutorial is continued at *******WordpressVideos.TV In this video, I'm going to show you a very good alternative to using Aweber or other autoresponder services. This service is called GetResponse, and it's also a very popular autoresponder and email broadcast service, and it's also used by a lot of online businesses and a lot of online marketers as well. So let's take a look at some of the pricing options for GetResponse. Alright, so you can see here there are several payment plans Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Well, these are essentially the exact same GetResponse service, but the only difference is on how much you're paying right now whether you want to pay on a monthly basis, which is a regular rate, or you will also get some discounts if you order quarterly or 6 months, or even if you order yearly. So to order GetResponse, all you need to do is fill up this order form here, and also put in your credit card information and agree to their Terms of Service.

This tutorial is continued with full written instructions at *******WordpressVideos.TV In this video, Im going to log into my Aweber account and show you some of the basic features in Aweber so you can understand exactly how Aweber works and you can also plan how you want to use Aweber for your own online business. So Im gonna log in right now. And the first thing youll be able to see, unless of course you just signed up for Aweber, but otherwise the first thing youll be able to see is all your list inside Aweber, and remember that Aweber allows you to have unlimited email lists, so on this screen there are several, some of my lists here, and you can see the amount of people subscribed today. Let me give you a better example. Okay. So you can see the amount of people subscribed today, the amount of people subscribed yesterday, and then youll be able to see the amount of active subscribers, the amount of people who have unsubscribed, and the total number of subscribers, which basically comprises of active subscribers as well as subscribers who have opted out of your list. If you scroll down, you will be able to see all the most recent broadcasts that you have sent out to your email list, and you can see the total number of people who you have sent out a broadcast to, the number of bounces, which basically means the email that you sent has bounced back or resulted in an error, and then you would be able to see the number of complaints. This should be relatively low unless you are intentionally spamming people. But otherwise, complaints usually means the amount of people, or the percentage of people in that particular broadcast who have probably marked your emails as spam. And then you will be able to see Opens, which is the amount of people who have actually opened your broadcast, so in this example, its about 10.7%, and out of that, the amount of people who clicked on links within your email, and in this example, its only 4.5%. But you can see how this data, or these figures here varies from each individual broadcast that you send out. Certain broadcasts may have a higher open rate, a higher click rate, etc., etc. So it really depends on the messages that youre sending out.

This tutorial is continued with full written instructions at *******WordpressVideos.TV So lets get started with ClickBank. Now, the most important question most newbies would have is What exactly is ClickBank? Well, the simplest way to explain it is that ClickBank is a digital marketplace where you can buy and sell digital products only. That means that ClickBank does not deal in physical products or any product that requires shipping for that matter. When you signup as a ClickBank affiliate, you would be able to get a ClickBank ID and create your ClickBank Hoplink, and you can then promote various ClickBank products which would include stuff like eBooks, membership sites, web templates, and a lot of other digital products. So to get started with ClickBank, you need to create your account, and just click on Affiliates, and click on Learn More, or you can also click on the Signup link above here. On the Signup Form, first thing you need to do is select the country. Now, not all countries may be listed on ClickBank, so just find the country that you want to receive your ClickBank checks in, and then just proceed to enter your Payee Name, which is the name that would appear on ClickBank checks, and then also fill up your street address, street or apartment, city, state or province, zip or postal code, and then you can scroll down, here, and put in your first name, your last name, and all the other information; for example, phone number, etc. All the fields with the asterisk here are the required fields, so make sure you fill those up. But most importantly, you need to select the nickname for your new account. So this nickname is very, very important, because any affiliate products that you promote in the future, you would be promoting those products using your ClickBank nickname, and once you have created your nickname, you cannot then later change your nickname. But you can, however, signup for as many ClickBank accounts as you want. However, if you are new and youre just getting started with affiliate marketing, you have to understand that one ClickBank account is more than enough. If you have multiple ClickBank accounts and your affiliate sales are going to multiple ClickBank accounts, then it would take you much longer to get a check from any of those accounts. So one account is more than enough when getting started, and then you can scroll to the bottom and make sure you read the ClickBank Client Contract, and then check here, to signify that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions, and click on Submit to create your ClickBank account. Creating a ClickBank account is free, of course, for affiliates, and what happens next is that ClickBank will send you your Login and Password to your email account for verification, and unfortunately in ClickBank, you cannot choose your own password, so make sure that you write down the password that ClickBank gives you, or if youre using some sort of password reminder tool or roboform, then you can save the ClickBank password in those software as well. So now Im going to log in to my test ClickBank account and show you some of the features and functions in your ClickBank account.

This tutorial is continued with full written instructions at *******WordpressVideos.TV In this video, we are going to take your Aweber opt-in form and put it onto your blog in the sidebar area. So make sure you have created your Aweber list, and that you have also created an Aweber web form. So once you're done, you should be able to see a link here that says Get HTML, so I'm just gonna click on that link, and you'll see her that there are basically two versions of the opt-in form that you can put onto your blog or your website. The first one is the Javascript Snippet, and the second is the Raw HTML Version. So if you want to customize the layout or the look of your web form, then you should get the Raw HTML Version. But if you wanna keep things simple, especially if you want to change your web form later on and you don't want to edit any files on your blog or your website, just get this Javascript Snippet. So I'm just going to copy this. And the next thing you want to do is put the opt-in codes into your WordPress blog in this area here, which is known as the Sidebar Area. So I'm using the default theme, but you may be using some other theme on your WordPress blog, but generally speaking, the process is about the same. What you need to do is log in to your WordPress Dashboard, and click on Appearance, click on Widgets, and you want to look for the text widget. Alright, so this is text widget I'm gonna click on Add, and you can see that a text widget here has been added to my sidebar and it's empty at the moment, so I want to put in the Aweber Javascript, or the Aweber Opt-In form script right here, and I also want to give it a title, right? So when that's done, just click on Done, and click on Save Changes. So let's take a look at how the opt-in form looks like on your blog. As you can see, this is the Before the Before layout and I'm just gonna refresh this pageand here, you can see that the Aweber opt-in form has been added to my blog. So again, it depends on the WordPress theme or the blog theme that you're using, and in some cases, the text that you see here may all be squeezed rather tightly because of the space available in your sidebar area, but if you really want to change the layout of your Aweber opt-in form, and if you want to have more control or flexibility, then you should get the Raw HTML Version as you can see here right? So you just copy that and put it onto your blog, and you'll be able to edit the text, change the text, anything you want. Now, you can also add the Aweber opt-in form into your individual blog posts. To do that, just you need to find the blog post so I'm gonna use the default Hello World! blog post right here, and I'm gonna click on Edit, and in the Edit screen, of course, I can either choose to see my text in Visual mode or HTML mode. But since I'm gonna enter the Aweber opt-in form, I highly recommend that you choose the HTML mode here, and paste the Aweber code, and then I'm going to click on Update Post.

This tutorial is continued with full written instructions at *******WordpressVideos.TV In this video, we're gonna take a look at how to redirect your default RSS feed to your FeedBurner RSS feed. Now, the first thing you want to do is log in to your WordPress dashboard and you need to install a particular plugin that allows you to automatically redirect your default RSS feed to your FeedBurner feed. Now, the reason for us to do this is because we do not want your blog subscribers subscribing to two different RSS feeds. So you just want to use one RSS feed, which is the one we've created in FeedBurner. So click on Plugins and click on Add New. And in the Search box here, I'm going to type in feedburner, and I'm going to click on Search. And you can see several WordPress plugins that will help you to manage your FeedBurner feeds, but the most important one that we are looking for here is called FD FeedBurner Plugin. And it says here that it redirects the main feed and optionally, the comments feed to FeedBurner****. So I'm gonna install that, and I'm going to install this plugin automatically, so I'll just fill in my FTP details, and click on Proceed. So now, it says the FD FeedBurner Plugin has been successfully installed, and I'm gonna activate this plugin. Okay, so now, the FD FeedBurner Plugin has been activated. So to configure the options for the FD FeedBurner Plugin, you're just gonna click on Plugins, and you should see a new link there for FeedBurner configurations. I'm gonna click on that. So the process is pretty straightforward, really; all I need to do is enter my new FeedBurner feed in here, so I'm going to go back to FeedBurner****, and for the particular feed that I want to use, I'm just going to copy the link location, and I'm gonna paste it here. Right, so that's my FeedBurner feed. Now, optionally, you may want to create another feed, specifically for your blog comments. But if you do not get tons of comments every day, then you really pretty much don't have to do this at all. And then we go to the Advanced Options. So, you may not want to allow people to subscribe to specific categories or tags, and instead, you may want them to subscribe to the general RSS feed. So if that's the case, then just click on Do not redirect category or tag feeds. And then, just click on Save.

This tutorial is continued with full written instructions at *******WordpressVideos.TV Google Analytics is a free application offered by Google that allows you to track your website visitors and get in-depth analysis and reports on your website. To use Google Analytics, you just need to have a Google account, and if you already have a Gmail account or YouTube account, then you can probably use that same information to set up Google Analytics. Using your Google account and your Google password, just sign in to Google Analytics and you will have to sign up again for Google Analytics, so just click on Sign Up here. And the first thing you need to put in here is your website URL, so Im gonna put in my website URLand also to give your account a name. Okay, and then you can select your time zone or territory, and also your time zone according to your local time, and then click on Continue. Then provide Google with your last name and your first name, and then select a country or territory. Then click on Continue. You can read through the Terms of Service for Google Analytics, and if youll agree, click on Yes, I agree to the terms and conditions, and then click on Create New Account. And there are several options here to track your website you can either track a single domain, or you can track one domain with multiple subdomains, or you can also track multiple top-level domains. And if youre a Google AdWords user, then you may want to combine your AdWords data with your Analytics data. Im gonna leave that blank for now. So this is the code that you need to copy and paste into your WordPress blog or your website. Now, Im gonna show you how to do that. In your WordPress dashboard, just click on Appearance and click on Editor to edit the current theme that you are using. All your theme files should be made writable, so if you see a message like this that says, You need to make this file writable then you need to set the correct permission settings via FTP to your WordPress theme.

This tutorial is continued with full written instructions at *******WordpressVideos.TV Now, if you have already done your keyword research using various different tools and software, then make sure you have copied and pasted all those keywords into a single Excel file, preferably with a header, as we see here, so you know which column stands for what kind of data. The first thing you want to do is create a filter for the first column, okay, so you can see that now, I can actually filter my data for each individual column, and the next thing youll want to do is freeze this entire first column. So to do that, Im just gonna click on View, then Im gonna click on Freeze Panes, Freeze Top Row. Okay. So now, you can see that I can continue to scroll down my massive list of keywords which I have about 401 keywords here. And at the same time, this first row is frozen, so it really makes it very easy for me to have a look at my data and understand what all those numbers mean. So the first thing you should do is to eliminate any exact duplicates. And to do that, Im going to sort this list from A to Z. And because Ive used a few different types of keyword software, I may end up with a lot of duplicates, so you could just highlight the duplicates, alright, and you can just delete those. By duplicates, I mean of course that the keyword is exactly the same and the data that you get for those keywords also very, very similar. And those are considered duplicates, and logically, you do not need to keep duplicates of the same keyword. You just need to know you just need to have one instance of that keyword in your entire keyword list. Alright, and you can see here, I have a few keywords here: against stem cell, against stem cell research, and against stem cells. Now, these are not considered duplicate because, essentially, they are 3 different keywords. This first one is singular against stem cell and this one is plural against stem cells. So consider these as two different keywords now leave them as they are. Another thing you may want to do is have a look at the keyword list, and you can probably safely delete all those single-word items, because these keywords generally tend to have a huge number of search volume, but they tend to be too generic or too general to be, you know, of any practical use in your website building or marketing, so Im just gonna delete those generic general keywords. And another thing that you may find is that you have a lot of very similar keywords that are not exactly identical but theyre very, very similar in meaning. And perhaps youll want to delete some of those keywords and just keep the keywords that you feel are highly likely to generate traffic easily for you. To do that, you can just click on the keywords here, go to Text Filters, and enter some of the text in here. So Im going to look for keywords that contain the word definition. Alright.

This tutorial is continued with full written instructions at *******WordpressVideos.TV In this video, we're gonna take a look at how to install and use Windows Live Writer, a software application that lets you publish content and even update content to your WordPress blog easily. So the first thing you want to do is go to Google**** and type in Windows Live Writer. Now, if you have recently installed MSN Messenger or Windows Live Messenger on your PC, then chances are you've also installed Windows Live Writer as a bundled software package. But in case you don't have, you can always go to Google****, type in Windows Live Writer, and click on Google Search. And the first such result that you see here is probably the correct one where you will be able to download the Windows Live Writer software. So right here, you can see that this is the Windows Live Writer webpage where you can also read more about Windows Live Writer and what it can do; and most importantly, you see the download button here, so you can click on that to start to download the latest version of Windows Live Writer. And right here, there's another screen that basically lets you know what Windows Live Writer is all about, and you just click on the download button here. So I'm gonna save this application to my computer, and when that's done, I'm just gonna double-click on it to install the software. And then, of course, in typical Microsoft style, they would also bundle a lot of software and basically ask you to install all those software into your PC, so if you don't want all those software, you just uncheck all these items here. Unfortunately, though, Messenger and Windows Live Writer are prebundled and there's nothing you can do about that, so you can just choose to install both of these software. In my case, it seems that I already have these software programs. So if you're installing it for the first time, you should see the install button here, and you can just click on install to install Windows Live Writer to your PC. So once that is done, you can just start your software and I'm gonna show you how Windows Live Writer looks like.

This tutorial is continued with full written instructions at *******WordpressVideos.TV In this video, we're gonna take a look at WordPress widgets and how to use those widgets on your WordPress blog. Now, the first thing you need to do is make sure that you have installed a WordPress theme that supports WordPress widgets. This should not be a problem if you are downloading a theme that has been recently updated, but older themes may not support WordPress widgets, so make sure you have a theme that supports WordPress widgets. The default WordPress theme supports WordPress widgets, so that's what I'm gonna show you today an example of how to use widgets using the default theme. First, you need to click on Appearance, and click on Widgets. And in this section, you can select which sidebar you want to edit. Some themes may have more than one sidebar. But the default theme has only one sidebar, so you can select the sidebar that you wanna edit here, and these are all the widgets that you can add to the sidebar. So you can have a look at all these widgets. I'm gonna add the Recent Comments widget. And then I'm gonna add Tag Cloud, and Recent Postsalright. So I've added three widgets to my sidebar, and you'll notice that each of the widgets can be moved to edit the order that the widgets appear on your sidebar. For example, if I want Tag Cloud to appear at the bottom section of my sidebar, I can just move it right to the bottom. And you'll also notice that most of the widgets can be edited by clicking on the Edit link, so I can give this Recent Posts widget a title, and I can also select the amount of posts that I want to show. So if I wanna show 10 posts, I'd edit to 10, and click on Done. And I can also edit the Recent Comments. So for example, if I wanna show eight of the most recent comments, I click on Done again, and then when I'm done making the changes, I just click on Save Changes. Alright. And you can see that now, my Recent Posts and my Tag Cloud widget have already been used up, so I cannot edit anymore to any other sidebar, but there are other widgets here that you can have a look at; for example, a Text widget, which is really very useful if you want to add in banners or any type of HTML or even AdSense ads onto your sidebar. You can just use the Text widget. And you can see, the Text widget is prettyvery flexible, and give it a title, and you can enter anything you want, as long as it's valid HTML in this section, and click on Done.

This tutorial is continued with full written instructions at *******WordpressVideos.TV One of the coolest new features that was added to WordPress version 2.8 is the ability to install WordPress themes automatically to your WordPress blog. And Im going to show you in this video exactly how to do that. The first thing you need to do is click on the Appearance tab, and to check whether the themes you have already installed to your WordPress blog, just click on Themes. So here, you can see the current theme being used by this particular blog, which is the default WordPress theme which automatically comes into your WordPress blog when you have installed WordPress, and the other theme included by default is the WordPress Classic 1.5, and this is another theme that I installed using the automatic theme installer function in WordPress. To add a new theme to your WordPress blog, just click on Add New Themes. Okay, so now, this is the main theme installer page, and if you know the exact name of the theme, and you can just type it here and click on Search, and you can search by term, author, or even tags. Now, if you want to browse for all available themes, you can always use the filter here, and you can select by colors for example, you may want a black theme, and you can select by columns. For example, you may want either a one-column theme, or a two-column theme. And in some cases, maybe even a three-column theme. So Im just gonna select two columns, and then you can also filter by width, if you want a fixed width or a flexible width. Im going to choose fixed width. And then you can also filter it by some of the features that are available only in certain themes. Im gonna leave that empty for now, and you can also download themes that are seasonal; for example, you may want to download holiday theme, a photoblogging theme, or any other seasonal themes. So, once youre done with your options, you can just click on Find Themes, and youll see here some of the search results. Now, search results are fairly accurate, so you may not always find a black theme, but generally speaking, most of the themes would be pretty much targeted to what youre looking for. If you have already downloaded a WordPress theme in Zip format from other WordPress theme websites or from any other place, then you can just click on Upload, choose the Zip file on your PC, and you can click on Install Now. If youre not sure what theme you want and you just want to browse around for some of the available themes and make your selection that way, you can also select from either Featured WordPress themes, the newest WordPress themes, or WordPress themes that have been recently updated. So since I want to find themes that are popular and are probably used by a lot of people out there, so Im gonna click on Featured. Okay, so now, this is the list of all the featured WordPress themes, all right, and I find this theme pretty interesting, sothus, you can see the name of the theme, as well as a short description, which in most cases isnt too helpful. And you can also click on Details to see more details of the theme; for example, the version, the author name, and also the theme ratings. So I can see that this theme has got slightly more than 4 out of 5 stars, based on 22 ratings. So thats pretty okay. Now, to preview how this theme would look like, I could just click on Preview, and Ill get a new window that opens up. Okay, so this is the preview of the theme, not as it would appear on your blog, but as it would appear on the WordPress test blog. And thats where you get all these images and some of these sample headings and also some redundant text here, which is basically put in here just to show you how all these text, paragraphs, list types, and headings would look like. So once youre satisfied, you can just click on the X button here to close this preview window, and then click on Install Theme. And in this window, I will click on Install Now.

This tutorial is continued with full written instructions at *******WordpressVideos.TV If you sell a product, offer a service, or if you just want to improve the overall perception and branding of your blog, then adding testimonials to your blog is a great idea. You can easily add a WordPress plugin that helps you to manage testimonials on your blog. Just search for the term testimonials, and look for the plugin called Testimonials Manager, and you can install that plugin automatically or install it manually to your WordPress blog. Once youve uploaded the Testimonials Manager plugin, just activate that plugin, and youll see a new menu item here, right under Comments, that says Testimonials. So just click on that. And then you can either edit the existing testimonials or you can add a new testimonial by entering the name, the company, the website URL, and the actual testimonial itself. And you can either use a Gravatar if you know the email of the person, or you can upload a picture, or you can choose to not display any type of image at all. So Im gonna show you an example here by uploading a picture from my computer, alright, and there are some restrictions on pictures though, and then you just put in your name. Sorry, the name of the person who gave the testimonial, and the company name, and the company website. And then answer your full testimonial in this section here. And then click on Create Testimonial. Okay, so this is how my new testimonial looks like, and of course make sure that you use the actual picture of the person and not a stock photo or something like that. And if you scroll down, you can actually see that you can edit the custom CSS for the testimonial page which Ill show you how it looks like later, and to display all the testimonials on a single page, you just need to copy this code and put it onto a new page on your WordPress blog. So in my new page, Im gonna call this Testimonials, and I can add text here if I want to, but Im just going to paste the testimonials code and then Im gonna update this page.

This tutorial is continued with full written instructions at *******WordpressVideos.TV In this figure, we're gonna take a look at how to upgrade your WordPress blog automatically. Now, you should only follow instructions in this video if you've installed your WordPress blog manually the first time around. If you install the WordPress blog using cPanel, then you should only upgrade your WordPress blog using cPanel. So if your WordPress blog does not have any new updates for it, then you'll see a screen like this, which basically says you have the latest version of WordPress. And then you can either reinstall the current WordPress files, or you can download the latest WordPress file. In either case, since this is the latest version of WordPress, then you probably do not need to upgrade at all. On the other hand, this is another WordPress blog that I have, and if you see a message right on top here that says, WordPress Version X is available, please update now, it means to say you probably need to update your WordPress blog. So I'm just gonna click on Please update now. And I can see that I can either download the latest version of WordPress, or the button here has changed to Upgrade Automatically. But before I upgrade my WordPress blog automatically, I wanna make sure that I have created a backup of my entire MySQL Database, so just in case something goes wrong, I can always restore all my information, including all my posts and all my contents. So once I've done my backup, I can just click on Upgrade Automatically. Now, the next thing you need to do is make sure that you have entered your FTP hostname, your username, and your password as well, and for the Connection Type, you can just leave it as normal FTP connection, and then what you need to do is click on Proceed.

This tutorial is continued with full written instructions at *******WordpressVideos.TV In this video, we're going to take a look at how to upgrade your existing WordPress blog using cPanel. First, log in to your cPanel account, and click on Fantastico Deluxe. Now, if you've previously installed WordPress using Fantastico, and that particular WordPress version is already outdated, then Fantastico will prompt you to upgrade to the latest version of WordPress. Now, the latest version of WordPress as available in Fantastico is usually a few weeks slower than the current available WordPress version. So if there's a new WordPress version that is released today, it will probably be available through cPanel and Fantastico in the next few weeks. So in this case, my previous installation was WordPress 2.7, and there's a new version here, 2.7.1. And I should see a link here that says, Upgrade to 2.7.1. Now, before you upgrade your WordPress blog, make sure that you have created backups of your existing blog, including backups of your posts, comments, images, and every other file that you had used in your WordPress blog, not to forget any themes that you have downloaded, and any customizations you've made to those themes as well. So once you have done those things, click on Upgrade to 2.7.1 or whatever version that it says here, but generally, you will see a link here that says, Upgrade, and click on that link. Now, Fantastico will again give you a warning message here, that basically asks you to backup any existing files in your WordPress blog. Now, the good thing is if you upgrade your WordPress blog using Fantastico, there will automatically be backup copies of your existing settings created in your cPanel account. So if anything goes wrong, you can just revert back to the existing WordPress version and settings as well. Once you are sure that you've backed up everything that needs to be backed up, click on Upgrade. And success, my blog has been upgraded to the latest version of WordPress. And there'll be some important information here that you'll be given in case you want to restore the existing version of your WordPress. Now, using Fantastico, you can also remove any WordPress blog that you are no longer using. Now, it's important to understand that if you install WordPress using Fantastico, then it will be the best to remove WordPress using Fantastico as well. This is to make sure that any additional files that have been added by WordPress during the installation process will be removed and deleted safely. So log in to cPanel account, click on Fantastico, and right next to the WordPress blog that you have installed, you will see a link that says Visit Site and another link that says, Remove. Click on the link that says, Remove.

This tutorial is continued with full written instructions at *******WordpressVideos.TV In this video, Im gonna show you some of the important information you can learn about your website simply by looking at your Google Analytics statistics program. Once youve installed Google Analytics and youve allowed it to collect data from your website for about 30 days, then you can have a look at your account, and youll probably see something like this. The graph that you see right on top here shows you the amount of unique visitors that you get to your website on a daily basis, and you can also choose to view the statistics by weekly basis or you can choose to see the amount of traffic that you get every single month. Now, the first statistic here shows you the amount of unique visitors you had to your website in the past 30 days. And the second one shows you the amount of Pageviews, which is the amount of pages actually viewed by the visitors to your website, and this will, of course, be at least double the amount of the actual visitors. And you can see here the amount of pages per visitor. Next, you can see the Bounce Rate the average time each visitor spent on your site, and also the percentage of new visits to your website. So if you scroll down, again, youll be able to see the amount of visitors; and then you can see the Map Overlay, which shows you your countries from which your website visitors are coming from. So in this particular website, you can see that the majority of visitors are from the United States, and thats why its in a very dark green shape, and then also this country here, Malaysiaand then we also have several visitors from Australia, India, and the United Kingdom. But these are all in a lighter shade of green, which means that there are less people from those regions visiting your website. And lets click on view report to take an in-depth look at the actual countries from which our website visitors are coming from.
