THEY FIXED OUR CAR WHEN NOBODY ELSE COULD!! Completely Satisfied. Andrew did a great job getting our car fixed, when other Chysler Jeep service departments couldn't or wouldn't in the past. EXTEMELY FAIR!! I own a 2002 Dodge Neon. It needs quite a bit of work due to the fact that I really haven't been keeping up with the maintenance. I went into to Grapevine Dodge and was greeted immediatly by a gentleman by the name of ANDREW. He was a very pleasant young man who treated me very well. He inspected my vehicle and created a very helpful report prioritizing my service needs. He was extremely fair and the dealership prices were so low they were priced better than my local mechanic. I will only bring my car in to Grapevine Dodge and I only deal with Andrew. Nothing but positive things to say about Grapevine Dodge!!!!!!!!!

PERSONAL SERVICE WAS EXCELLANT! Grapevine Chrysler Jeep Dodge personal service was excellant-received tour of the facility while I waited for my rep. On Tues. AM i had to be dropped off at 6:45AM and was pleasantly surprised to find the doors open and people already working so I could stay indoors in the waiting area intil 7:00 am when I could pick up my vehicle. Completely Satisfied. TRULY EXCEPTIONAL!!! Part 1 I have been bringing my Grand Cherokee to Grapevine Dodge Chrysler Jeep Service Department for many years. The service has always been top-notch. Through the years, I have had many service advisors, but none can compare with my current advisor, Tami Zurek. Her service to her customers is truly exceptional! She is cheerful, knowledgeable, and very conscientious.

HONOR ADVERTISED PRICE!! NEW OWNERS took over the last week 2009. If you have any problems with anything, just call Mo Khan at 817-410-7509. He is the General Partner/Manager and he WILL actually talk to you. Not every car buying experience is good, but give Grapevine Chrysler Jeep Dodge a chance. The service department is fantastic, the sales department will honor advertised prices, and Mo and his staff genuinely want to take care of every customer. NONE CAN COMPARE!! RECOMMEND GRAPEVINE!! Thanks for the help Jerry, Yes, John Ellis at Grapevine Dodge took very good care of us and we did purchase a vehicle as mentioned. The Sales associate Chris was pleasant and very well mannered. Not like most Car Salesmen. I am a salesman myself and know what it takes to give customer satisfaction with ease. We would recommend them, you too of course, to our friends and anyone else that inquires about our experience. Great job all WE ARE GOING BACK TO GRAPEVINE DODGE!! Completely Satisfied. We had been going to a different Chrysler dealer, but haven't been too happy with them and decided to try Grapevine Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I WAS PRIORITY SERVICE!!! I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciated the service I received from Harvis Grammer at Grapevine Chrysler Jeep Dodge . As a single female, I have never had much luck when dealing with car issues. I had an emergency situation on a Saturday and called my regular Dealership in Irving, who, by the way, never called me back. I contacted your dealership and was put in touch with Harvis. He was so helpful. He always answered my calls and was very pleasant. After I explained my situation to him (my car would not shift out of park) he gave me what I felt was priority service. The car was ready when promised and he even took the time to discuss other service I will need on my car in the near future. You can bet I will be back to have my car serviced by Grapevine Chysler Jeep Dodge.

Just wanted to give you an update on my kids mini-van quest. They had already shopped several dealers in our local area of Arlington, but when we finally got your information about Grapevine Dodge they went up there. They did not have the new color in the Grand Caravan that my daughter really wanted but found one for her in Oklahoma and arranged for a dealer swap for them. They made the deal, which was definitely better than the ones they had found, and my daughter is now a proud owner of a titanium color Grand Caravan.
